I thrive in work where I can make a difference in people's lives. I like to know my clients and learners in order to design, develop, and implement the learning experience that will impact the learner and, therefore, the organization.

I enjoy collaborative environments and an iterative approach and yet easily lose myself in independent work.

I like to dream big and try new ideas, and I am also satisfied with developing well-executed conventional learning experiences.
